Dreamiens Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support the company's brand positioning, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing strategy and execution, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Manage the company's social media presence and develop engaging content in coordination with internal teams.
- Drive lead-generation initiatives through digital, offline, and other relevant marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research and track industry and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners where required.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide insights to management.
- Manage marketing activities within allocated budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market reach.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.




- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational, coordination, and project-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
