About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing & School Outreach Manager to drive CLAT Possible's presence across schools in Chandigarh and the surrounding Tricity region.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to build relationships with schools, school leadership, counsellors and teachers and secure opportunities for CLAT-focused workshops, career-awareness sessions, seminars, Olympiads, competitions and other student engagement activities.

The role will involve significant fieldwork and direct interaction with schools. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold outreach, meetings, presentations, follow-ups and relationship building, with a solid focus on converting school interactions into measurable student leads and admissions opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1.



School Outreach & Relationship Building

- Identify and map schools across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby markets.
- Build and maintain a database of schools, principals, vice-principals, counsellors, coordinators and other relevant decision-makers.
- Initiate contact with schools through calls, emails, WhatsApp, personal visits and references.
- Develop relationships with school management, principals, career counsellors, teachers and student coordinators.
- Regularly visit schools and identify opportunities for collaboration and student engagement.

1. Conducting CLAT Workshops & Events

- Secure permissions and opportunities to conduct CLAT awareness workshops and career counselling sessions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
