About the Chance

Looking to start your career in marketing, client engagement or business development? You will work across phone calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and online research to support our sales and marketing activities.

What You Will Do

- Research potential business customers through LinkedIn, Google, company websites and business directories
- Identify relevant decision-makers and build accurate prospect databases
- Make outbound calls to introduce our services, understand requirements and identify potential opportunities
- Connect with prospects through personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Respond to enquiries generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels
- Ask relevant questions to assess a prospect’s requirements, interest and timelines
- Coordinate introductory calls, meetings and site surveys for the sales team
- Maintain updated lead records, conversation notes and follow-up schedules in the CRM




- Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messages and campaign responses
- Achieve agreed targets for outreach, follow-ups, qualified leads and meetings.

Who Can Apply

- Fresh graduates from any stream; BMS, BBA, BCom, BBM and marketing graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with internship or entry-level experience in marketing, tele calling, customer service, lead generation or business development
- Candidates comfortable communicating in English and Hindi over calls and written messages
- Individuals with basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, email and social media platforms
- People who are curious, organized, willing to learn and consistent with follow-ups
- Candidates comfortable with daily outbound calling and working towards measurable targets. Previous lead generation experience is not mandatory. Clear communication, initiative and willingness to learn are essential.
