Role & responsibilities

- Drive store growth by increasing footfalls, active users, and repeat visits.

- Plan and execute BTL and hyperlocal marketing campaigns across store catchment areas.

- Conduct catchment and market surveys to identify potential consumers and understand local market opportunities.

- Drive door-to-door consumer outreach and engagement activities.

- Lead and manage the on-ground marketing team to achieve defined targets.

- Set team KPIs and regularly monitor team performance and productivity.

- Identify potential consumers within clusters and develop strategies for customer acquisition and engagement.

- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, events, and consumer engagement activities.

- Monitor store-level performance and implement corrective marketing actions for underperforming stores.

- Work closely with Operations and Category teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

- Build strong community engagement and brand recall within J24 catchment areas.

- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships and marketing-led revenue generation.





- Take ownership of campaign execution and ensure marketing activities translate into measurable store performance improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in BTL / ground-level marketing.

- Experience in door-to-door marketing and consumer outreach.

- Prior experience in managing an on-ground team.

- Strong skills in consumer interaction and customer acquisition.

- Experience in catchment surveys, market surveys, or consumer surveys.

- Ability to identify potential consumers and understand local market dynamics.

- Experience in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and brand activation activities.

- Strong ability to track team performance and manage KPIs.

- Candidates who are proactive, energetic, ownership-driven, and solid in execution.

- Candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced, hyperlocal retail environment.
