WE ARE HIRING | MARKETING & LEAD MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Mumbai & Lucknow (Candidates near Kandivali can apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are looking for a Marketing & Lead Management Executive to manage student leads, drive enrollment opportunities, coordinate with education agents, and build strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound student & parent inquiries.

- Qualify leads and drive follow-ups for enrollment conversion.
- Generate leads through social media, schools, colleges, webinars, events, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain courses, admission processes, fees, eligibility, and scholarships.
- Schedule admission interviews and counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead follow-up records.
- Coordinate with international education agents and consultancy partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing partners.
- Support agent onboarding, agreements, commissions, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain agent kits, brochures, course information, and application documents.




- Conduct product-knowledge sessions for education agents.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, education consultancy, student recruitment, telesales, or business development preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, email, and social media platforms.
- Comfortable working in the 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift.
