Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting marketing initiatives that promote HackHalt’s cyber intelligence programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, supporting the development of marketing strategies and campaigns, and helping prepare marketing materials and communications for various digital channels. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, engage prospective partners and participants,
and contribute to outreach efforts that raise awareness of HackHalt’s mission.
Additional tasks may involve tracking campaign performance, supporting community engagement activities, and providing basic customer service support to learners, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging stakeholders and supporting outreach initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, audience needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy and Marketing skills to assist in planning and executing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship-building with partners and participants.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing tools, basic analytical skills, solid organizational abilities, and an interest in cybersecurity and technology.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across time zones.
