To drive business growth for Cold Extruded and Sintered Components by expanding customer base, enhancing wallet share with existing OEM/Tier-1 customers, building global markets, and driving recent product opportunities.

Requirements

- Education: Engineering Degree

- Experience: 20+ years in auto component sales, business development, and customer management.

- Strong understanding of Cold Extrusion and Sintered Component applications in 2W, 4W, CV, Off-road, and EV sectors.

- Knowledge of component engineering, drawings, tolerances, PPAP, and value engineering.

- Ability to engage in technical-commercial discussions with customer engineering and sourcing teams.

- Strong understanding of the domestic & export auto component market, competitor mapping, cost drivers, and pricing strategies.

- Experience with RFQs, price negotiations, cost break-ups, and long-term business contracts.

- Capability to handle geographically dispersed marketing teams.
