Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze community conversations across all sales areas on the Birla White Experts Club App.
- Engage with top painters and contractors to drive participation and revive discussions.
- Generate ideas to enhance community engagement and support BOT/AI-based communication initiatives.
- Share insights, trends, and recommendations to improve user experience and engagement.
Eligibility:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Digital Marketing, Community Management, and Social Media Engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Content creation, social listening, and basic understanding of AI/chatbots.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
