Role Overview

One of the Key roles, manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing activities from digital storytelling and social media engagement to café events, collaborations, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is both strategic and on-the-go — someone who can plan a campaign, shoot a reel, and manage an event with equal flair.

Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, food, or lifestyle sectors.
- MBA, HM or similar degree I Diploma
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent photography and content creation skills — able to capture and post in real time.
- Familiarity with graphic and web design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and vendor collaboration.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced,



creative environments.

Additional
- Prior experience in café/restaurant marketing or event curation.
- Interest in food, culture, and conscious living.
- Comfort with both strategy and execution — from planning a campaign to running it on-ground.
