About the Role

Shivaay is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing / Brand Lead to take complete ownership of our flagship brand, Drify. You will own the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and team growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who can bridge the gap between creative brand building and data-driven performance marketing to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

Define, strengthen, and own Drify’s brand positioning and market identity.

Identify target audiences, customer segments, and untapped market opportunities.

Develop compelling messaging, product positioning, and holistic go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Drive the overarching content and communication strategy across all touchpoints.

Growth & Acquisition (SEO, Campaigns & Lead Gen)

Own end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis.

Drive qualified B2B/B2C lead generation through a mix of digital (SEO, Paid Ads, Social) and offline channels.

Set marketing KPIs and meticulously track conversions, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROI, and direct revenue contribution.

Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to pivot strategies proactively.

Leadership & Operations

Manage, mentor, and scale the internal marketing team,



fostering a culture of high performance and creativity.

Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with external agencies/vendors, and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Work closely with the Founder/CEO and Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives perfectly align with overarching revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

8 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.

Direct experience in IT, SaaS, digital marketing, technology, or B2B services is highly preferred.

Deep tactical understanding of SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.

Proven track record of managing and scaling marketing teams and complex campaigns.

Robust analytical mind with the ability to convert creative marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Compensation

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and past track record.
