Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.

- Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.

- Coordinate with potential customers and understand their property requirements.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Promote real estate projects through digital and offline marketing activities.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

- Maintain regular reports of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

- Assist in planning promotional campaigns, events, and property exhibitions.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.

- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
