About Teammates Academy

Teammates Academy is a leading competitive-exam coaching institute in Kerala, focused on Bank, SSC, Railways, Insurance and other government examinations.

As we are launching our PSC segment soon, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive – PSC Segment to be part of this new initiative and play a key role in building awareness, student reach and market presence for our upcoming PSC programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the upcoming PSC segment.
- Build awareness about Teammates Academy's upcoming PSC courses and initiatives.
- Identify and reach potential PSC aspirants through effective marketing channels.
- Conduct college visits, campus outreach, seminars, orientations and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with colleges, institutions, student communities and relevant networks.
- Plan and execute PSC-focused campaigns and student engagement activities.
- Generate quality leads through offline and online marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales, academic and digital marketing teams to convert marketing opportunities into admissions.
- Explore new locations, communities and platforms to expand PSC aspirant reach.
- Monitor marketing activities, lead generation and campaign performance.
- Collect market feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen the PSC segment.
- Travel for marketing activities, events and institutional outreach whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.




- Experience specifically in the Kerala PSC segment will be highly preferred.
- Experience in PSC coaching, education marketing, student outreach, counselling, admissions or field marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Kerala PSC examinations and the PSC aspirant community is preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication, networking and marketing skills may also be considered.
