Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive Lead to drive customer acquisition, app usage, business development, and revenue growth. The role involves promoting digital financial and travel products, developing corporate/institutional partnerships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive customer acquisition, app registrations, KYC completion, activation, and transactions.
- Promote products such as Wallet, UPI, Forex, Remittances, Travel Cards, Loans, Insurance, and Travel Services.
- Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Develop corporate and institutional tie-ups with companies, colleges, associations, and other organisations.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
- Generate leads, convert prospects,



and cross-sell multiple products.
- Track sales and marketing performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer acquisition and product usage.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide market feedback.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Forex, Travel, or Financial Services preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert customers, and achieve business targets.
- Experience in corporate/institutional sales or partnerships will be an advantage.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work and travel.
