We are now strengthening our presence across content, social media, webinars, video and thought leadership, building upon VSP's existing expertise and experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Associate to help execute and grow VSP's online and offline marketing initiatives.

We are actively building our marketing systems, including AI-enabled content workflows, social media processes and webinars. You will have tools and a foundation to work with, while still having the freedom to experiment, contribute ideas and help shape how our marketing evolves.

This is an active, hands-on role and a excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure across content, social media, webinars, video and events.

What You'll Do

- Review,



refine and improve content created using our AI and internal tools.
- Plan and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, with LinkedIn as the primary platform.
- Maintain the content calendar and schedule posts.
- Coordinate technical webinars, including speakers, promotions, registrations and hosting.
- Capture photos and videos of office activities, events and work culture.
- Support offline events and marketing initiatives.
- Track content performance and bring new ideas and experiments to the table.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- Comfortable with photography, videos and interacting with people.
- Organized, proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable learning and using AI, Zoom, Canva and other marketing tools.
- Most importantly, curious, creative and excited to try new things.

Note: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Indore and is not a remote/work-from-home position.
