We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the advertising, media, branding, and digital marketing space.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Manage existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain lead records, CRM, and sales pipeline.
- Support marketing and social media activities.

Qualifications




- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Client Servicing.
- Experience in an Advertising Agency, Media Production, Branding, or Digital Marketing Agency preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Valuable understanding of marketing, branding, advertising, and social media.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field preferred.
