We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Executive for our solar panel business in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. This is an in office role at our factory, with local field visits as needed.

Experience required: Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing

Work mode: Work from office (Bhilai)

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and sell solar panels to homes, businesses, industries and dealers
- Visit customers, explain product features and savings, and close orders
- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors and installers
- Prepare and send quotations, and follow up until the order is confirmed
- Stay in regular contact with existing customers for repeat orders and referrals
- Track competitor prices and market trends in Chhattisgarh
- Promote the business through social media, WhatsApp and local marketing
- Work with the accounts and factory teams on orders,



billing and delivery
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in sales with a strong record of closing deals
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers in person
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred:

- Experience in solar, electrical or manufacturing sales
- Existing contacts among dealers, contractors or industrial customers in Bhilai, Durg and Raipur
- Own two-wheeler driving licence
