Role Description The Marketing and Export Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Pollachi. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities to promote cocopeat and coir-based products in domestic and international markets, including identifying target segments, developing campaigns, and supporting brand visibility. The executive will conduct market research, track competitor activities, and analyze customer trends to inform pricing, product positioning, and new market opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners,



handling inquiries from overseas clients, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely order processing and shipment. The role also requires maintaining strong communication with distributors and customers, supporting sales negotiations, participating in trade fairs or industry events, and preparing regular reports on marketing and export performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and global trends.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Sales skills to build relationships, negotiate deals, and respond professionally to domestic and international clients.
