Job Title:* Marketing Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team in the banking industry. The successful candidate will have expertise in data analysis, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. This role will analyze customer behavior, track marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics and KPIs
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Utilize Python programming language for data analysis and machine learning tasks
- Create interactive and dynamic visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product,



to ensure alignment and integration of analytics in strategic decision-making

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis, preferably in the banking industry
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency in Python programming language and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders

Nice to Have:

- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Looker
- Certification in data analysis or marketing analytics (e.g., Certified Data Scientist)
