Rajwaa & Epiphany (R&E;) is looking for a serious, committed and hardworking individual to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Intern.

This is a full time paid internship designed for candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in business development, sales and marketing and are willing to take responsibility, learn and contribute to the organisation.

Internship Details Position: Business Development & Marketing Intern

Type: Full-Time | Paid Internship

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai — near Bandra Railway Station

Eligibility: Mumbai-based candidates only

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Research potential clients, brands, agencies and business partners.
- Generate leads through research, outreach and networking.
- Communicate with prospective clients and manage follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
- Support client acquisition and relationship-building initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.




- Maintain lead databases and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with creative, production and operations teams.
- Support business development for events, exhibitions, art installations, experiential projects and creative IPs.
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
