Responsibilities

- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and industry-specific recruitment platforms.

- Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication.

- Lead or assist in interviews, asking role-specific questions to evaluate technical skills and experience.

- Write and post detailed job descriptions on relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.

- Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles, often on a high-volume basis for manufacturing plants.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, offering feedback and updates on their application status.

Requirements

- Min 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Understanding the hiring requirements of the client.





- Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.

- Should have mastered the art to attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.

- Skill to review resumes and screen candidates.

- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.

- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.

- Strong skills in managing clients and getting new demand.

- Team player, goal oriented and passionate to take up new challenges.
