Drawing Management Engineer Support the development and implementation of Manufacturing Process Planning using Easy Plan /GSPAS for Powertrain commodities including Engine, Transmission, Axle and Battery pack. Develop and deliver Process sheets in Easy Plan/GSPAS with respect to the changes in the process sequence, Parts, Tools, and Variants for global programs Develop Process Allocations for the respective programs and create the plant structure to do the process allocation in the station level Generate Time study post process allocation and classify the work elements such as VA/NVABN/NVA Identify the workload imbalance while working on line balancing and provide recommendations Responsible for sharing the program status on every program milestone Lead/Support Virtual build and DJ1 events Ensure the quality of deliveries and adherence to program timeline Collaborate with program teams across the regions to get the required inputs for the delivery Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and provide effective technical communication with team members from diverse cultural and language backgrounds Education Qualification: BTech/MTech Degree in Engineering (Mech/Prod/Auto) No. of Years of Experience: 2 to 3 Years of experience preferable in the Automotive Industry.
Technical Skills: Must have Automotive manufacturing process exposure of ICE, Transmission, Axle & Battery Assembly process. Hands on experience in Easy Plan, GSPAS and TeamCenter. MODAPTS will be added advantage.
