VLCC is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Manicure & Pedicure Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about beauty and nail care and enjoy providing excellent client service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional manicure, pedicure and nail care services as per VLCC SOPs.
- Provide foot spa, foot massage and basic hand & foot care advice.
- Ensure a gentle and comfortable experience for every client.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Sterilize and disinfect tools, equipment and work areas after every service.
- Maintain manicure/pedicure products, tools and stock.
- Recommend suitable beauty services, home-care products and packages to clients.
- Cross-sell other VLCC beauty and slimming services when appropriate.
- Identify skin or hair concerns and refer clients to the appropriate expert.
- Support beauty events and outdoor activities organized by the company.
- Coordinate machine/equipment repair requirements when needed.
- Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade your skills.
- Be flexible to take additional responsibilities and work in shifts.
Requirements 0–3 years of experience in manicure, pedicure, nail care or a similar beauty industry.
- Class 8 pass or above.
- Ability to read, write and understand at least one vernacular language.
- Hands-on experience or apprenticeship training is preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
