Theres a lot that can be said about what you will do in this role but what may be more meaningful is who you will be in this rolea people strategist, a culture custodian, a wellbeing champion, an organisation design architect, curator of learning journeys and most importantly a bringer of joy and care and inclusivity to Antarangis within and outside the organization! Responsibilities

Building Team Antarang

- Lead design and implementation of our branding and sourcing plan for Facilitator, Staff and Intern hiring across geographies

- Ensure our values of Excellence, Youth Centricity and Inclusivity are reflected in our hiring and onboarding processes

- Identify and create partnerships with colleges, Fellowship programs, NGOs, consultants and other stakeholders in the ecosystem





- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns from existing data

Learning and Development

- Design and implement learning journeys that help our team grow in capability and confidence

- Lead performance management in a way to unfold potential and enable growth

Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing

- Nurture a diverse, inclusive and youthful organization culture that supports Antarangs goals and values, and promotes wellbeing

- Lead policy design with empathy and structure

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide the young and super-inspiring Talent and Culture team

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our culture and values are embedded in all that we do

Requisites

- Have 6+ years of experience in HR/ Talent and Culture/ Learning and Development roles with at least 1-2 years managing teams

- Believe Empathy and Excellence can go hand in hand

- Have excellent relationship building and communication skills

- Have problem-solving and analytical skills

- Are comfortable (even excited) about ambiguity

- Are passionate about working for youth from marginal backgrounds and to bring about a change
