- Engagement with structural consultant, architect and practicing engineer at district and state level

- Engagement through conducting seminar with Engineer's and Architect Associations for brand recommendation

- Conduct training for Internal (TSE, ASO) and External stakeholders (Mason, contractor, practicing engineers)

- Responsible for resolution of product quality complaints and bench marking studies

- Team productivity management by

1. Review and monitor performance of TSE, TechVan

2. Influencers productivity management (Enrollment, activation & business generation)

3. TS activities budget planning & report generation to Regional & National Head

4. Joint market visit with all TSEs atleast once in a month
