What We Need:
- MBA in Business Management, Marketing, or Real Estate
- 10-15 years in Leasing & Recent Business Development
- End-to-end leasing: Site identification to closure
- Experience in Retail expansion across Malls, Airports, High-street
- Strong skills in Business Cases, ROI Analysis, and Financial Modeling
- Proven track record in Landlord Partnerships & Negotiations
