A real estate IPC in Mumbai has a Manager opening for the Valuation Department.

Key Responsibilities

Independently execute and manage valuation assignments on an end-to-end basis.

Undertake valuation studies and demonstrate strong understanding of relevant valuation methodologies and industry practices.

Manage team and monitor team’s work on day-to-day execution of assignments.

Review analyses, reports, financial models and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.

Act as a key point of contact for clients, address client queries, and maintain solid client relationships.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support smooth project delivery across multiple assignments.

Take ownership of critical departmental responsibilities to ensure high-quality client servicing and operational efficiency.

Support business development initiatives and client presentations as required.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
