Position: Manager Project – Press Tool Manufacturing & Sheet Metal Components

? Location: Turin (Italy - Europe)

?Experience: 5-6 Years

?Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

language: Italian (Mandatory)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge of Press Tools & Sheet Metal who can manage end-to-end projects, customer relations, and business development for our European market.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Project Management: Planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination for Press Tool & Sheet Metal projects.
- Expediting Skills: Drive timely completion of project milestones and supplier deliverables.
- Inspection & Quality: Experience in dimensional checks,



process audits, and quality compliance.
- Logistics Management: Handling material movement, dispatch planning, and coordination with warehouse & transport.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Press Tool, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures & Sheet Metal manufacturing (Automotive / Industrial).
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in reading CAD Drawings and using IT tools for project tracking & reporting.
- Shop-Floor Leadership: Ability to work with shop-floor teams, quick problem-solving & continuous improvement mindset.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management (Internal Teams, Suppliers, Customers).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & execute business strategies for Press Tools, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures & Sheet Metal Components.
- Identify recent business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers in domestic & international markets.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships - from enquiry generation to order finalization.
- Prepare quotations, detailed cost breakdowns & techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis for pricing & product positioning.
- Handle export customer development and participate in industrial exhibitions, vendor meets & customer audits.
- Maintain CRM, track sales pipeline, conversion ratios & support NPD based on market feedback.
