What You Will Do

- Process Mapping & SOP Design
- Map end-to-end processes across departments and branches, identifying workflows, ownership, and handoff points
- Draft clear, step-by-step SOPs aligned with company policy, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage SOP lifecycle: document control, versioning, review, and change control

Implementation & Standardization

- Roll out approved SOPs across all departments and locations and drive adoption with local teams
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of SOPs across sites

Audit & Compliance

- Conduct internal audits and periodic compliance reviews against live SOPs
- Identify process gaps, deviations, non-conformances, and control weaknesses

CAPA & Continuous Improvement

- Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA for identified gaps




- Drive Six Sigma / Lean improvement projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Training & Capability Building

- Train teams on new and revised SOPs and coach process owners on sustaining adherence between audits

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare compliance and audit reports and dashboards for management
- Keep SOP status, risks, and improvement plans visible to cross-functional leaders

What We Are Looking For

- 8–14 years of experience in SOP development, process excellence, QMS, or compliance
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, internal audits, RCA, and CAPA
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills for documentation and reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, API, or medical device manufacturing
- Working knowledge of GMP, Revised Schedule M, or export-market (WHO-GMP / EU-GMP) requirements
