Role & responsibilities

- Developing planning strategy and standards for datacenter and industrial projects
- Leading and managing planning team members and activities
- Developing comprehensive project schedules and planning methodologies
- Setting work programs and milestone targets aligned with project objectives
- Managing schedule performance across multiple concurrent projects
- Overseeing critical activity monitoring and critical path management
- Preparing strategic work programs and progress documentation
- Analyzing schedule performance and implementing recovery actions
- Providing strategic advice to Project Management on schedule performance
- Leading vendor coordination and delivery schedule management
- Managing multi-disciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Conducting planning workshops and schedule reviews
- Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level planners
- Establishing planning process improvements and best practices




- Reporting on planning performance and project schedule status
- Supporting business development with planning expertise
- Coordinating with design consultants and all stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- 2 years of proven planning management or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing planning functions on complex projects
- Expert proficiency in MS Project and advanced MS Office
- Extensive experience in datacenter and large industrial projects
- Solid project management and scheduling expertise
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic business acumen for project planning
