Role & responsibilities The Onboarding Admin Manager is responsible for ensuring Tier II Onboarding Analysts tasks (e.g., transaction support, background, drug screens, etc.) are completed in an accurate, timely, and effective manner and in full compliance with all legislative requirements and company policies. The Manager will provide support to the Tier II analysts as needed and work under direction from the Director to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality while also improving advanced onboarding activities.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving frameworks.
