About the Position

Limar Trading Agency LLP is looking for a responsible, experienced and business-minded Operations & Business Manager to manage and coordinate the company’s day-to-day operations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing Sales, Collection, Stock, Purchase, Staff, Delivery, Vehicles and Accounts coordination, while working closely with the Managing Director.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of responsibilities, manage a team, solve operational problems and contribute to business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Plan and monitor sales activities, routes and daily targets.
- Monitor sales team performance and productivity.
- Follow up customer collections and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate stock, loading, delivery and warehouse activities.
- Coordinate purchase requirements and suppliers.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
- Coordinate vehicle utilization, maintenance and field operations.
- Verify daily sales, collection, stock and expense reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for daily reconciliation.
- Handle customer issues and maintain good business relationships.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare daily and weekly business performance reports.
- Support management in increasing sales and controlling expenses.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum Plus Two; Degree preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, wholesale, retail or sales operations will be an advantage.
- Experience in team management and business operations preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounts, stock and business reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Honest, disciplined and trustworthy.
- Willingness to work in a field-oriented business environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and capability.

Performance Incentive: Additional incentive based on agreed business KPIs and performance.

Working Schedule

Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM onwards, depending on business requirements

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for a person who can take ownership of the business operations, lead the team, monitor performance, solve day-to-day problems and work closely with management to improve sales, collection, efficiency and profitability.
