Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing

We're looking for a hands-on manager who can run campaigns themselves and lead a small team while doing it.

What you'll do

- Run influencer campaigns end to end: brief, creator shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, content approvals, go-live and reporting
- Run micro and nano creator campaigns, coordinating 100s of creators at a time without losing quality or timelines
- Negotiate creator commercials and deliverables to hit campaign margins
- Lead and guide a team of 3–5 executives: allocate work, review output, and step in when needed
- Build and maintain trackers, creator databases, costing sheets and reports in Google Sheets/Excel
- Use AI tools and Campaygn to speed up discovery, outreach, briefing and reporting
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for client teams on execution

What we're looking for

- 4–7 years in influencer marketing,



preferably at an agency
- Proven experience running micro and nano campaigns at scale
- Strong creator negotiation skills and a positive network of creators and talent managers
- Advanced Sheets/Excel skills: lookups, pivots, dashboards and clean trackers
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) in daily workflows
- Has managed or mentored a small team
- Organised, fast and calm under deadline pressure
- Regional and vernacular creator experience is a big plus
