Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Subcontracting of MEP Packages as per project specifications and timelines.

- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs before floating enquiries.

- Float RFQs to approved vendors and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Finalize vendors and issue Work orders as per company policies.

- Coordinate with MEP design and execution teams for technical clarifications.

- Ensure timely delivery of Services to site as per project schedule.

- Develop and maintain a strong vendor database for MEP items.

- Resolve material-related site issues in coordination with suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and statutory requirements.

Materials &

- Systems Exposure Required:

Mechanical:

- HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ducting)

- Firefighting systems (Pumps, Hydrants, Sprinklers)

- Plumbing materials and pumps

Electrical:

- Transformers, HT/LT Panels

- Cables, Cable trays

- Switchgear, Lighting systems

- DG sets

Plumbing:

- Pipes (GI, HDPE, CPVC)

- Sanitary fixtures

- STP/WTP systems

Required Qualifications:





- Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering.

- 510 years of experience in MEP procurement for residential projects.

- Experience in EPC or real estate projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of MEP BOQs and specifications.

- Knowledge of vendor evaluation and rate analysis.

- Valuable negotiation and contract management skills.

- Basic understanding of IS/IEC/NFPA/ASHRAE standards.
