- Overseesecurity risk assessments, audits, and remediation plans across IT and businessunits.

- Managea team of security professionals; mentor, coach, and evaluate performance.

- Leadincident response, RCA, and post-mortem reviews.

- Drivesecurity awareness and training programs across the organization.

- Managesecurity budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

Skills:

- Expertisein QRadar, GTB DLP,



CyberArk PAM, Wiz CNAPP, SentinelOne EDR, Qualys VA, and PTtools.

- Cloudsecurity governance experience (AWS, Azure; GCP optional).

- Strongknowledge of MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10.

- Strategicmindset and solid stakeholder management.

- Proventeam leadership and excellent communication.

- Strongdocumentation and reporting skills.
