Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Audit

Location: Pune

Experience: 10+ years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Experience in Financial & Operational Audits
- Exposure to manufacturing / engineering / steel / metals / automotive / industrial sectors preferred
- Experience in audit planning and independent execution of audits
- Solid understanding of IFC / ICFR and financial processes
- Experience with SAP/ERP environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting and presentation skills
- Exposure to fraud investigations, SOX, audit analytics or enterprise risk management would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan
- Identify financial, operational and process risks
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
- Conduct audits across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Operations and other functions
- Track closure of audit observations and corrective actions
- Support statutory, tax and regulatory audits
- Prepare audit reports and management dashboards
