•MIS and documentation including personnel file maintenance

•Grievance Handling & Employee Retention

•Should have exp in Handling PF, ESI & Labour Law

•Maintaining registers as per factories act

Required Candidate profile

10-15 years of HR experience in Generalist role

Any Graduates with good communication skills in English and Tamil.

MBA in HR or related field preferred

Should have positive knowledge in Excel.
