We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales & Operations Manager who can independently manage the overall office, sales team, clients, dispatch, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Handle client communication, requirements, follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
- Monitor the complete sales-to-order process and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and manage dispatch, delivery, and order status.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to clients, sales, dispatch, staff, and operations.
- Coordinate between sales, office staff, dispatch, and other departments.
- Track pending orders, payments, follow-ups, and important client requirements.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper workflow within the office.




- Take ownership of overall office operations and make sure work is completed on time.
- Identify operational problems and take quick, practical decisions to resolve them.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly sales and operational reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales and office/operations management.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
- MS Excel / basic computer knowledge preferred.
