Designation - Manager/Senior Manager/AVP
Work Location - Noida
Shifts - 4pm -1 pm
Complete Hybrid- Mandatory 3 days WFO + During requirements 5 days WFO
Key Requirements:
- Working knowledge of order to cash, credit management, cash allocation, debt management and collections, bank reconciliations etc.
- London market experience is mandatory for Manager and SM.
- Responsible for Broker Relationship Management and dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments, commission or debt related.
- Should have flair for transformation and continuous improvement.
- Hands on experience of Insurance Finance and Accounts
- Manging client, process and service levels
Eligibility Criteria:
- B. Com pass or B. Com Hons /M.com graduate/Any Finance Graduate
- Minimum 8 -12 years of experience in Credit Control/ Accounts receivable for London Market
- Minimum 10+ years of Team management experience for Manager, 12+ for SM and 14+ for AVP
