Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies for distributor sales, dealer development, and dealer network expansion in the assigned region.

- Manage a team of area sales managers to achieve regional sales targets through effective distribution channel management.

- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in channel sales, channel development manager or similar roles.

- Proven track record of success in developing strong relationships with distributors/dealers and driving revenue growth through effective distribution channels.

- Robust understanding of local markets, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the assigned region.
