Role Description:

The Manager – Commercial Accounts is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Experience - 10 years in Retail Commercial Accounting

Qualification - MBA Finance / M. Com

Account Receivable Management:

- Managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate records for LFS, Ecom, EBO & CT
- Maintain the commercial terms as per company/Management approvals (for TOT or Agreement)
- Preparing MIS Report as per require by management/KAM/HOD/Finance
- Auditors require data
- Work on the P&L; data and align it as per the Finance team’s guidelines
- Daily MIS & Meeting with KAM

Billing and invoicing:

- Resolve the invoice related issue of LFS,ECOM,EBO (Like Pack & Pics, QR,IRN etc..)

Credit and collections:

- Follow up with Accounts team for Credit note and clear the query
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments as per the GRN
- Preparation of Credit note for CD,Marketing,rate differences, Schemes etc.

Aging reports analysis:

- Preparing/Maintain and analysing all financial data related to modern trade business like- sale -MIS, Payment data, customer Master etc.
- Preparation of Daily MIS
- Conducted thorough analysis, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies




- Action on Ageing report of debtors as per require
- Action on Ageing report of Stock and follow-up with concern segment head.

Account reconciliation:

- Account reconciled as per the terms and resolve the all-open items & coordinate with concern team and customers.
- Payment knock-off as per the payment advice and issue raise for any discrepancy if have.
- Communication with Customers and resolve the all invoices, payment & Credit Notes related issues.

Communication & Closing processes:

- Communication with Customers and resolve the all invoices, payment & Credit Notes related issues.
- Maintain the advertisement expanses details as per the approval by Management for Amazon and follow-up for payment with A/c Dept..
- Follow-up for sign-off of final statement with Customer (Balance confirmation, reconciliation statement).
- Coordinate with accounts for ensuring post the credit note against the return inventory and preparation data as require by A/c Team for RTV CN.
