Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering will be preferred
Experience:
- 10–15 years of total experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a civil managerial role
- Experience in large-scale industrial/project construction will be preferred

Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all civil construction activities at the CRM Complex, from sub-structure to finishing, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise RCC, PT slab, masonry, finishing, and external civil works.
- Monitor project execution and maintain 3-week/6-week look-ahead schedules.
- Implement and monitor the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Manage contractors, including progress monitoring, work quality, RA bills, and coordination.
- Raise material indents and monitor material consumption, reconciliation, and wastage.
- Plan and monitor deployment and utilisation of construction plant and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements across all civil work fronts.
- Prepare and submit DPR, WPR, MIS, and other project reports to the Project Head.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and other departments for smooth execution.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, and construction progress against approved plans.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of RCC, PT slab, shuttering/formwork, masonry, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Good knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and QMS requirements.
- Strong multi-front project execution and team management skills.
- Contractor management, negotiation, and RA bill certification.
- Material reconciliation, quantity tracking, and cost control.
- Solid knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and quality control.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of planned monthly construction quantities.
- Adherence to project milestones and schedules.
- High first-time inspection acceptance rate.
- Cement and steel consumption within approved norms.
- Zero major safety incidents on civil work fronts.
- 100% timely submission of DPR/WPR/MIS reports.
