Role Description The Manager Business Development – E-Waste will lead growth initiatives for the company’s e-waste recycling and related services. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and government bodies. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential customers, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales pipelines and revenue targets.

The role also involves market research on e-waste regulations and trends, collaborating with operations and compliance teams to develop suitable service offerings,



and maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting. The Manager will be expected to represent the company at industry events, ensure customer satisfaction, and support long-term strategic planning for business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Experience in or strong understanding of e-waste, recycling, environmental services, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven capability to work on-site, manage multiple accounts, and meet revenue and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian environmental regulations and compliance standards related to e-waste is beneficial.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and CRM or sales management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and uphold ethical, sustainable business practices.
