Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA/MBA from Tier 1

Detailed : -

- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process for the organization.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and regularly update projections based on business performance and changing assumptions.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify, investigate, and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data and ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, MIS, and performance insights to senior management.
- Provide actionable financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting,



business planning, and performance analysis.
- Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with business teams to understand financial drivers and support overall business performance.

Requirements : -

- 3-15 years of experience in FP&A; or related finance roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and business data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
