Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Accounts – CA (SAP FICO), based in Raipur. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in alignment with statutory and corporate requirements. The manager will configure and utilize SAP FICO modules for transaction processing, month-end and year-end closing, and generation of MIS reports,



while supporting internal controls and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include supervising the accounts team, reviewing compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, supporting budgeting and cost control activities, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision-making. The individual will also contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including configuration, transaction processing, reconciliations, and generation of financial and MIS reports.
- Proven background in corporate accounting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and financial planning to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Ability to implement and monitor internal controls, support statutory, internal, and tax audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Effective team leadership and people management skills, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors is an advantage, especially in a multi-location or global
