What You'll Do
- Lead budgeting, 5-year forecasting and financial analysis
- Prepare Board decks and handle investor queries
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements
- Manage IFSC and SEZ unit compliance
- Support audits with schedules, data and auditor coordination
- File tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyse trends and variances, and flag improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams for accurate, timely reporting
- Stay current with accounting standards and regulations
What You Bring
- CA / Semi-qualified
- Robust command of Ind AS, IGAAP and IFRS
- Proficiency in Tally / SAP / QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
