About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Management Consultant to collaborate with SMEs and MSMEs to enhance business operations, streamline internal systems, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational workflows, sales activities, financial data, and core business processes.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest effective business improvement strategies.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and structured systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and performance tracking sessions.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations,



and actionable recommendations for business owners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with modern digital/AI productivity tools.
- Access to a laptop and reliable personal transport for day-to-day work.
- Willingness to travel across client locations within Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
