About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Management Consultant to work with SMEs/MSMEs and help improve business operations, systems, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze business operations, sales, finance & processes
· Identify gaps and suggest effective business strategies
· Develop SOPs, KPIs, dashboards & structured systems
· Improve revenue, profitability and operational efficiency
· Conduct client meetings, reviews and performance tracking
· Prepare presentations, reports and actionable insights
Requirements
· MBA / MSW / BBA / Commerce / Engineering preferred
· Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
· MS Office & basic AI tools knowledge
· Freshers with solid business acumen can apply
· Laptop & bike mandatory
· Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
