Role Description The Management Intern will support day-to-day operations across key business functions, including marketplace management, partner coordination, and service delivery. In this full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, the intern will assist with data collection and analysis, preparing reports and dashboards, and tracking performance metrics for various initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, helping streamline workflows, documenting processes, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.



The intern will participate in planning and execution of projects, assist in vendor and partner communication, and support management with research and insights for strategic decision-making. This role offers exposure to the pet care technology ecosystem and an opportunity to learn how an integrated platform scales operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with data and metrics, including basic analytical skills, report creation, and use of spreadsheets or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and service providers.
- Comfort with technology platforms and digital tools; interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS-based products is beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to take initiative, and openness to learning from feedback and new responsibilities.
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in the pet care sector and empathy for pet parents and their needs; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Kolkata and maintain professional conduct in an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
