About the RoleThe Management Intern supports day-to-day business operations across sales, content, and production. The role combines coordination work with creative and technical tasks and gives the intern exposure to multiple business functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team on leads, follow-ups, and client communication
- Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM entries, and pipeline records
- Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and client-facing materials

Content Support

- Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and formats
- Research trends, competitors, and reference material
- Assist in drafting captions, scripts, and content calendars

Shoot Coordination

- Coordinate with the cinematographer on shoot schedules, requirements, and logistics
- Assist on shoot days with setup, communication, and on-site coordination
- Track deliverables and timelines from shoot to final output

Social Media Scheduling

- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
- Maintain posting calendars and ensure posts go out on time
- Track basic performance metrics

Business Development

- Research prospective clients and partnership opportunities
- Support outreach and lead generation
- Assist with other business development tasks as assigned

RequirementsSkills

- Comfortable with technology: productivity suites (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office),



scheduling tools, and learning current software quickly
- Creative sensibility, including an eye for visuals, storytelling, or content formats
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Education

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, marketing, media, or a related field (other backgrounds considered)

- Familiarity with scheduling or design tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer)
- Basic knowledge of photography or videography
- Previous internship or project experience
