Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves preparing, maintaining, and analyzing regular MIS reports to support business decisions and performance tracking. The executive will gather data from various internal systems, validate and consolidate information, and present transparent dashboards and summaries for management.





Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key operational metrics, identifying trends and variances, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data flows. The role also includes supporting process improvements, assisting in system enhancements for information management, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and data visualization or reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry MIS roles is an advantage.
